• Leadership and delegation: Together with the sales manager, you lead the daily work at the station and ensure both customer focus and sales.
• Staff management and finance: As an assistant sales manager, you support the sales manager in motivating and coaching the station's employees, as well as keeping track of finances and other administrative tasks.
• The sales manager's duties: If the sales manager is absent, you are the one who runs the station and ensures that operations continue smoothly. We support you and provide you with all the keys you need to one day run your own station.

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will work shifts, and the working hours vary in both length and time of day. This position is a full-time employment of 38.25 hours per week. The station is open weekdays from 06:00 - 22:00 and weekends from 08:00 - 22:00. Start date for the position is according to agreement.
